Before Cassian, he led high-volume service operations across six Children's Wisconsin clinic locations, supporting a team of more than 100 employees while managing scheduling, intake, handoffs, training, SOPs, troubleshooting, and daily service continuity.
Earlier roles with Novir and Novonesis focused on process improvement, documentation, workforce training, regulated workflows, and building systems that help teams perform reliably with less chaos.
He is also a 2001 recipient of the Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout Award, a foundation that still shows up in his emphasis on preparedness, responsibility, and follow-through.
