A clear scope for your launch.

$1,500.00 USD is the one-time price. The purchase covers the VenueKit application and branded setup for one venue. It is not a subscription or deposit.

Delivery and ownership

After a verified Stripe payment, the buyer package is available to download. Your branded deployment follows approved content and account access. Cassian confirms timing during intake. Your venue keeps its content and receives editable source for its own operation and maintenance. This licenses one venue, without resale, redistribution or additional deployments. Third-party components retain their own licenses.

Onboarding support and optional hosting

Full onboarding support is included for the first 45 days from our agreed onboarding kickoff. Additional support afterward is billed hourly at a rate agreed before work begins. Cassian SCS can host your site on our servers if needed for an additional $10 per month.

First-year cost: know the full amount

Your one-time package is $1,500. Optional Cassian SCS hosting adds $10 per month ($120 for 12 months), making the package plus a full year of optional hosting $1,620 before any separately quoted domain, database, email service, additional support after the first 45 days, or custom work. The $1,500 checkout does not include optional hosting charges. Ask Jaron to confirm the hourly support rate and any additional service costs before work begins.

Boundaries

A new logo, fully custom website, deeper website integration, content migration, additional venues and ongoing content entry are separate unless agreed in writing. Full onboarding support is included for the first 45 days; additional support after that is billed hourly. VenueKit supports one primary event or hold per date. Ticket sales, performer deposits, contracts, multiple rooms, automatic scheduled social posts and two-way calendar sync are outside this package.

Changes, cancellations and help

Contact Cassian Creative before buying if you need a different scope or guaranteed deadline. Request any change or cancellation directly so the work already completed and your purchase can be reviewed. Nothing here creates a no-refund policy or limits rights that apply to your purchase. No attendance, booking-volume or revenue result is guaranteed.
